Monthly Discussions

Please join us in the Reading Room for a one-hour discussion at noon on the third Tuesday of each month. (Feel free to bring your lunch.) Discussions focus on how an understanding of God heals disease, lack, mental and emotional challenges, and helps one become more effective in business, school, sports, the arts, and relationships. Call the Reading Room for current topic at 425-778-3553.

History of the Reading Room

The first Christian Science Reading Room was established in 1888 to make available Mary Baker Eddy’s seminal book on the Bible and Christian healing: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. There are more than 1,500 Reading Rooms worldwide---and they continue to serve local communities and make available literature published or sold by The Christian Science Publishing Society. There has been a Reading Room in Edmonds since the 1920s.
